• Attempting to hack royalbdt's systems or exploit any security vulnerabilities.
• Harassing or insulting other players or royalbdt staff.
• Using any unauthorized method to influence game outcomes.

Royalbdt believes gaming should be a source of entertainment, not stress. That's why royalbdt offers several responsible gaming tools that you can activate yourself.

• Deposit Limit: Set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Loss Limit: Set your session to close automatically once you've lost a specified amount.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a break from gaming for anywhere between 24 hours and 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Exclude yourself permanently for a period of 6 months to 5 years.

• Transactions or amounts under investigation may be temporarily placed on hold.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through support, it may be referred to royalbdt's licensing authority for mediation.

Royalbdt reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close an account under the following circumstances.

• Violating the terms and conditions or engaging in prohibited activities.
• Registering with a false identity or fraudulent information.
• Repeatedly initiating chargebacks or payment disputes.
• Account inactive for an extended period (24 months).
• Request for self-exclusion.

To close your account voluntarily, contact the support team. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any remaining balance before closure, unless the account is being closed due to a rule violation.
